The Tool Set is combination of new and old methods and systems that can be utilised and combined to address almost any problem set or decision scenario facing an organisation or team. Like a set of golf clubs, the user must know which tool to select and how best to apply it.

The development cycle we use akvvis has three phases; Experimentation, Problem Definition and Problem Solution. While the toolset is designed to cover almost any issues at hand, its strengths are on the later two phases of the development cycle. There are other methods we use outside of the toolset when engaged to conduct tasks in the experimentation phase.
